(1) After completion of the principal payment period of the stock or promissory note bond, after the owner presents the bond at the bank office, licensed bank or financial institution or market maker and signs that he has received the principal payment on the side of the bond. The principal will be paid. However, the principal and interest payment of the bonds pledged in a licensed bank or financial institution or market maker shall be given to the relevant bank, financial institution or market maker based on the documents in which such bonds are pledged.
(2) After the payment period of bearer bond and prize bond is completed, the bearer who presents the bearer bond and prize bond to the bank must pay the principal of the bond.
